Uluru - Day 2

We started the morning at 6am for the Sunrise Walk ...As the sun was coming up in the desert:

We finished the evening with the Mala Walk at Uluru ... you get quite close to the rock, and go into an area where there is a narrow gorge:

    Wow, beautiful! Are the colors as vivid in real life as they are in the pics?? Glad you guys are enjoying yourselves. Must be a nice change for you Sharon to be there as tourist instead of a worker bee. :-) Love to you!

    Thanks, Beth. I try not to keep the colors pretty much the same as you see in real life. If I do anything strange with the photo, I'll let you know. And yes, Holiday Touring beats working any day :)
