We had a nice smooth crossing (no wild spinning little boys to bother us): Splitting Sunday into two posts - first the ferry ride, then the train ride. Up and out at 7am again. Cloudy in the morning, with clearing later in the day. The ferry ride from Wellington to Picton is 3 hours - you'll see
Lots of room on the back observation deck, and spots near the front as well.
Coming into Picton - a beautiful small town:
